Yes! All PHI is kept on Dynamic DNA’s side and is safe and sound. VitaminLab never has access to your information.

We think you'll love your new vitamins! However, if you feel that something is not right with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to rectify the issue. As all of our formulas are made 100% custom to each individual, returns/refunds are not offered.

We send you 3-month formulas at a time and bill monthly. You can cancel/update your plan up to 15 days before your next refill payment, just let us know at [email protected]. If cancellation occurs in the middle of a billing cycle, any scheduled outstanding payments must be received before cancellation is completed.

We work with Dynamic DNA to provide appropriate dosing information for the insights they gather from your Dynamic DNA Report. Dynamic DNA then provides us with your custom formula which we then use to provide our service to you. Your formula is unique to you!
